Hi Everyone! This week I wanted to share with you one of my FAVORITE snack recipes: my High-Fiber Berry Bowl. This recipe is a perfect mid-day snack to get you through that mid-afternoon lull.
My bowl features a yogurt base topped with berries, rolled oats, and shredded coconut. This mixture is then drizzled with honey and cinnamon for an OH SO EXTRA flavor boost. My High-Fiber Berry Bowl is SO delicious, but the easy prep and added health benefits really make this recipe a no-brainer.

This Berry Bowl is both High-Fiber and High-Antioxidant
Finding a recipe that is both nutritious and delicious is so exciting. This High-Fiber Berry Bowl definitely checks both boxes.
As the name suggests, almost every ingredient in the High-Fiber Berry Bowl is packed with fiber. The coconut, rolled oats, and berries supply roughly 17 g of fiber – That’s 68% of the daily fiber recommendation! Fiber is a MUST for a mid-day snack, as it is very effective in staving off hunger and getting you through the rest of your afternoon.
In addition to serving as an excellent source of fiber, four of the six ingredients in this recipe (Berries, Rolled Oats, Honey, and Cinnamon) are loaded with antioxidants. The purpose of antioxidants in your diet is to protect your cells from free radicals and prevent disease.

Only 5 Minutes required to prep this High-Fiber Berry Bowl
This recipe contains just six ingredients and takes only five minutes to prepare.
To meal prep for the week, I recommend separating the dry ingredients (i.e. cinnamon, rolled oats, shredded coconut) into a Ziploc bag and the wet ingredients (berries, yogurt, honey) into a Tupperware container. When it’s time to eat your snack, simply dump the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stir, and enjoy!
Customize your Berry Bowl to your liking
I love the ingredients in my High-Fiber Berry Bowl because they taste great and are full of healthy ingredients, but that doesn’t mean you can’t tweak the ingredients to suit your individual preferences.
If you don’t like mixed berries, use another fruit! If you don’t like frozen berries, use fresh!
I personally use Oikos Triple Zero yogurt (because it has no added sweeteners or added sugar), but you can easily swap for traditional Greek yogurt, or a non-dairy alternative.
The only thing I strongly recommend avoiding is yogurt with added sugar. There is enough sweetness in this snack from the honey and the berries, so skip the added sugar in the yogurt to keep this recipe as healthy as possible – you won’t miss it!
Save money when you buy ingredients in bulk
I recognize that when buying some of these healthy ingredients, the price tag can be on the higher side. I try to keep my costs down by buying these items online in bulk!
For example, Bob’s Rolled Oats on Amazon is only $4.99 for 32 oz. In store, these typically cost $12. Another ingredient worth buying online is the shredded coconut; when you buy a pound of Terrasoul Organic Shredded Coconut online, it costs just $8.99.
It is always a pain at first to stock your pantry with bulk healthy items, but having them accessible in your pantry makes choosing a healthy snack 10x easier.
I actually store all of my healthy ingredients in these easy air tight containers – this way, when I open my pantry, I have all of my super food ingredients staring right back at me, so its easy to make that healthy choice, even when I am starving 😉 .

High-Fiber Berry Bowl
Ingredients
- 5 oz yogurt (no added sugar)
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 1.5 tbsp shredded coconut
- 3 oz berries frozen
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl in the order listed.
- Enjoy!
