- 3 sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
Peel the potatoes.
Use a chef's knife to slice the potato into uniform 1/4 inch chips.
Line your sheet pan with aluminum foil or spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
Lay out your sweet potato chips in an even layer across the pan. Don't put them on top of each other or they won't roast evenly!
Brush on/drizzle olive oil onto the potatoes. (I find the olive oil keeps the potatoes from drying out in the oven and adds a ton of flavor. To get the best distribution without a basting brush, throw the potatoes in a gallon zip lock bag with some olive oil and shake it up!)
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika on top.
Bake at 450° and bake for 20-25 minutes
