Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken

Check out my prosciutto wrapped chicken recipe! The recipe only calls for four ingredients and takes roughly 3-5 minutes of prep time. Such a great option for a weeknight meal!

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breast thin sliced
  • 4 slices prosciutto (you can double this if you really like no prosciutto)
  • 6 slices smoked gouda
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Distribute the chicken on a sheet pan.   
  • Using a basting brush, brush the dijon mustard evenly on the four breasts. 
  • Lay a couple slices of cheese on top of each piece of chicken to completely cover the breast. 
  • Wrap each piece of chicken in prosciutto. Use one to two slices per breast. 
  • Put the tray into the oven for 20 minutes.
