Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken

- 4 pieces chicken breast thin sliced
- 4 slices prosciutto (you can double this if you really like no prosciutto)
- 6 slices smoked gouda
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Distribute the chicken on a sheet pan.
Using a basting brush, brush the dijon mustard evenly on the four breasts.
Lay a couple slices of cheese on top of each piece of chicken to completely cover the breast.
Wrap each piece of chicken in prosciutto. Use one to two slices per breast.
Put the tray into the oven for 20 minutes.
