Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium sized peach
  • 2 oz reduced fat ricotta cheese
  • 3 walnuts (roughly .25 oz)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. 
  • Slice your peach in half. Remove the pit in the center. Put 1/2 of the peach back into the fridge in a ziplock bag (for tomorrow's snack ;) )  and put the other half on a baking tray, cut side up. 
  • Once the oven is preheated, bake for 10 minutes. 
  • While the peach is baking, stir the ricotta cheese and cinnamon together in a bowl.
  • After you remove the peach from the oven, scoop the ricotta-cinnamon mixture into your beach. 
  • Lastly, top with walnuts and enjoy!
