Bring a pot of water to boiling and then add the pasta. Cook according to box instructions.
In a big pot, melt the butter and add the shallots. Cook until shallots translucent. Add the garlic and cook until aromatic. Set aside
In the same pot, add hot Italian sausage and ground beef and brown.
Add 3 jars of traditional pasta sauce, butter mixture, parmigiana reggiano, and red pepper sauce to pot. Stir on medium high heat until heated through.
To serve, add pasta to a bowl, add on finished sauce, a dollop of ricotta, and a little more parmigiano regianno. Stir together and serve!
